Please choose the type of appointment you are interested in and who you would prefer as a therapist! These appointments are tentative and an intake coordinator will reach out to you to confirm and finish scheduling the appointment you reserved. If the therapist you are wanting to work with is full, please fill out the waitlist information to the left! Before an appointment is considered fully scheduled all intake paperwork must be filled out.
